UniClean A101| B201
Leading the charge towards sustainability and efficiency
Our first Modern cleaner toolbox processes UniClean A101 / B201, consist of two components: UniClean A101, an additive package, and UniClean B 201, a builder package. Both are free of harmful chemicals like phosphates, hard chelators, and amines. They operate efficiently at very low temperatures, significantly reducing energy usage and CO2 emissions. Through optimized product formulations our medium alkaline cleaner system can function as an emulsifying immersion soak cleaner and is compatible with ultrasonic applications.
The cleaner system excels in advanced oil degradation, exhibits an extended bath life, and offers excellent conductivity control at ultra-low temperatures. Our sustainable cleaner package is highly versatile and adaptable, catering to a wide range of customer needs and compatible with various metal substrates such as steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and zinc. With the flexibility to combine UniClean A101 and UniClean B201 in different ratios and concentrations, these highly concentrated cleaning products offer both versatility and cost-effectiveness, making them the ideal choice for industrial cleaning applications.
