- Regular service to detect normal wear and tear of parts and correct the situation before a fault occurs for maximum equipment availability
- According to our contract, we support our customers by our Service Hotline 8 am to 4 pm (CET). At night and on weekends we are also available by our 24-h hotline. Also, we solve technical problems by remote maintenance and by telephone to ensure the best possible support
